Returns or exchange of a product can only be accepted if unused, and purchased from Petalseu.com. The returns must come in compliance with our Terms and Conditions below.
To complete the returns, reach out to us through contact us form or email within 14 days of receiving your product. You will need your order number and email address. Product should be in its original form and flawless to qualify for a refund. You will need to send across a picture or video of the product in its original packing.
Once approved, return your products unused and in original packaging with swing tags and dust bags to the courier. Products without the original packing, tags and dust bags will not be eligible to return.
Once we receive the product, our team will check whether it qualifies for the refund or not. After checking, we will exchange, credit or refund as per your preferences. Kindly wait patiently as the process takes a little time.

Your product will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or break within 7 days of purchase. Products damaged as the result of wear and tear or over used would not be considered as faulty nor will come under the return policy. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer an exchange or refund (after deducting the 20% administrative fees from the cost of purchase). Just send us a quick email mentioning the fault, including an image of the product and we will replace it straight away. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you received a damaged good, we will gladly replace the exact same item and will pay the delivery cost
