  • USA State Sales Taxes

Please note that sales taxes on orders in the following states are charged and will be paid directly by the customer:

Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, and New York.

These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and we no way collect or benefit from this.

  • International Taxes and Duties

FIATA module rules shall apply on claims related to Air Freight Forwarding Services.

During International air carriage, claim settlement will happen as per the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to the International Carriage by Air (“Warsaw Convention” including, wherever applicable, the Vienna and Montreal Protocols, or the Montreal Convention as appropriate).

During internal road transport, claim settlement will happen as per the International Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road of Geneva (‘CMR’).

During international sea transport, the claim settlement will happen based on the provisions of the relevant Bill of Lading.

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer

If the shipments are to be redirected to a new address, then the customer agrees to pay the redirection charges, as per the rate matrix. In the event, where a rate matrix is not available, then cash tariff will be applied.

The customer undertakes the responsibility of correct consignee addresses with contact details, commodity description with value declaration.

  • Return Shipment Procedure (RTO) - from the Shipment company

We will send the shipment out for delivery for the agreed standard number of attempts, up to 14 days from Pickup date for domestic shipments and 20 days for International shipments. One day is reserved for the RTO processing after that period.

The above Initial Deadline can be extended based on instructions from shipper or consignee requesting future delivery or self-collection of the shipment from our outlet. In such case, We will grant an Extended Deadline for up to 25 days from the pick-up date for the delivery to be achieved as per the said instructions. Instructions of Receiver shall always be prioritized in case of contradicting with Shipper’s instructions in all aspects of delivery arrangements.

  • If no such instructions are received and the initial deadline (14/20 days) passes, We will automatically process the shipment for RTO immediately.
  • Shippers can also extend the deadline through our Customer Service within 5 days upon receiving information on undelivered shipments.
  • If the shipment is refused or if we have already reached the agreed number of standard attempts before day 10 for domestic and before day 16 for international, then a SMS is sent to the consignee, giving him a choice to Confirm RTO or to extend the deadline by selecting a Future Delivery date or Self-Collection date. The extended deadline is for a maximum of 25 days from the date it was received by us.
  • Where we reach the agreed number of attempts, for shipments with the Initial Deadline on day 10 for domestic and day 16 for international, or for shipments with Extended Deadline on day 25, then a 2nd SMS will be sent to the customer giving 3 days to come and collect the shipment from our outlet.
  • If there is no customer reply or collection, then we will proceed to return the shipment to the Shipper after those 3 days.
  • Delivered but Not Delivered

We insure shipments against loss or damage, to a maximum value of AED

400/- (Four Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirham Only) for parcels/non-documents and AED 100/- (One Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirham Only) for documents, per waybill. Maximum value is calculated as follows:

- For International Shipments: 80% of the declared value for customs; or the maximum cap stated above, whichever is lesser.

- For domestic COD shipments: 80% of COD value; or the maximum cap stated above, whichever is lesser.

- For domestic prepaid shipments: 80% of order value; or the maximum cap stated above, whichever is lesser.

We provide optional insurance coverage at a premium of 2% on declared value. Please contact customer service for more information.

In an eventuality under additional insurance coverage, we apply claim deductible of 3% on claim value as admin fees. In case of incidents such as Fire, Overturn, Collison, Vehicle Accident, Aggravated Burglary or Breaking of premises or vehicles, we shall provide a copy of all relevant documents issued by investigating authorities, wherever applicable, to assist the customer in settling a claim from their insurance service providers.

  • Not able to deliver:
