You will need your order number and email address. Product should be in its original form and flawless to qualify for a refund. You will need to send across a picture or video of the product in its original packing. 

Step 3: Send Your Product Back After Approval -Once approved, return your products unused and in original packaging with swing tags and dust bags to the courier.
