Step 1: Purchased from petalseu.com -Returns or exchange of a product can only be accepted if unused, and purchased from petalseu.com. 

Step 2: Complete Returns Process by contacting petalseu.com -To complete the returns, reach out to us through contact us form or email within 14 days of receiving your product. You will need your order number and email address. Product should be in its original form and flawless to qualify for a refund. You will need to send across a picture or video of the product in its original packing. 

Step 3: Send Your Product Back After Approval -Once approved, return your products unused and in original packaging with swing tags and dust bags to the courier. 

Step 4: Wait Patiently for Your Refund or Exchange -Once we receive the product, our team will check whether it qualifies for the refund or not. After checking, we will exchange, credit or refund as per your preferences. Kindly wait patiently as the process takes a little time.
